Fernando is a purpose-driven professional with over six years of experience, mainly in data analytics and digital payments. He currently works in the banking industry and in parallel leads the Agenticus initiative. Beyond his degree in Management, he possesses a strong technical foundation in Python, SQL, PowerBI and machine learning. Early in his career, Fernando ran an educative robotics startup; through this endeavor, he was granted an invention patent and received entrepreneurship awards inside and outside Peru.
